We work only for buyers, so buyer information is the one thing we cannot afford to be careless with. This page explains in plain language what we collect, why, and what we never pass on to a supplier.

WHAT WE COLLECT

  • Details you send through our inquiry form: your name, company, business email, country, phone or WhatsApp number, product type, supplier location, order quantity and value, inspection required, shipment date and your message.
  • Details you share with us by email, WhatsApp or during a consultation call in order to plan an inspection.
  • Documents you choose to share for an inspection or review: purchase orders, specifications, size charts, approved sample details and inspection reports.

WHY WE COLLECT IT

  • To understand your order and prepare a scope and quotation.
  • To plan and carry out the inspection or buyer representation work you ask for.
  • To send you the report and to answer your follow-up questions.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR DESIGNS AND ORDERS

  • Your designs, tech packs, specifications, prices and supplier details are treated as confidential business information.
  • We do not share your specifications, prices, order values or reports with your supplier, another factory, another buyer or any agent, unless you instruct us to do so in writing.
  • We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
  • Photographs and findings from your inspection belong to your order and are shared only with you and the people you name.

WHO CAN SEE YOUR INFORMATION

  • The inspector assigned to your order and the person handling your account — and only to the extent needed to do the work.
  • Service providers used to run this website and our email, who process data on our instructions.
  • Nobody else, unless we are legally required to disclose information.

THE AI-ASSISTED DOCUMENT REVIEW TOOL

  • Documents you upload to the document review tool are processed only to produce your comparison and are not stored by us afterwards.
  • The comparison is processed by an AI model provider that receives the file content for that single request.
  • The tool is a review aid. It does not certify goods, approve a shipment or replace a physical inspection.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

  • Inquiry details are kept while we are in discussion with you and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up the conversation again.
  • Inspection records are kept so you can refer back to them in a dispute with a supplier.
  • You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so, unless we are required to keep it by law.

YOUR CHOICES

  • You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
  • You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
  • You can ask us to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share designs or specifications with us.

COOKIES

  • This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
  • It stores only what is needed for basic site function, such as your chosen language.
